The Mile High WorkShop is an employment and job training program for those facing barriers to work. We assemble and manufacture products in partnership with our business partners to create work opportunities.

KONG has been a fantastic partner. They’re understanding and supportive of our mission, flexible and generous with the amount of work they offer us and open to hiring program graduates.
Charlotte’s Web has supported our team by donating equipment that has made us more efficient at the work and also able to offer a higher level of training to program participants.
When Vans refreshed their retail marketing banners, we up-cycled the material into over 4,000 tote bags that Vans uses for community events and giveaways.
We repurposed banner material from an event into over 2,500 tote bags, and look ahead to working with them again.
Partnering with Everpillow has been a really great fit for us. We sew, assemble and ship for them, and the collaboration gives us great tasks to train around.
After years of battling addiction, joblessness and homelessness, Grace found opportunity for herself and her family while sitting behind a sewing machine. Her steady hands and patience allowed her to quickly learn a new skill that she enjoyed and created a sense of pride she couldn’t remember feeling in the past.
Through the help of Samaritan house in Denver, Don was connected with us here at Mile High Workshop, where we helped him save up for his own housing, provided time to find a job, and he was ultimately able reconnect with his family.
We were thrilled to celebrate George's recent graduation from the Shop. He's heading to welding school to continue using his gifts and finding his path. We're very proud!
Soon after Jared began, he was given the opportunity to lead an apprenticeship program to train employees for a large corporation. Through this, he found his passion to teach and train others in technical skills.
