BANNER FAQ’S
Shipping Your Banners
Please send to:

Ship via one of the options below:
Flat, as is, on a pallet
Flat, as is, in a box
Folded once in a box
Folded the least amount of times, in a box.
Larger banners:
Cut into strips 7’ x 5’ Folded neatly on a pallet
If you aren’t able to send in the above specifications, additional fees may apply to prepare the banners for production. MHW will ship finished products back to you and include this on the final invoice.
If you have a UPS or FedEx number you would like to use please provide upon placing your order.
Banner Check-In Process
Please allow a few days for MHW to check in your materials so we know what we are working with. This allows us to ask more questions and let you know what we see! You will receive follow up questions from us such as: Did you know there is a big hole/ wind flaps/ grommets
in your banner? Do you want to use these logos? Are you aware your banner is dirty?
Cleaning Of Banners
A brief spot clean is included on each bag, but we do not clean the entire banner. If it was hanging outside or in a construction zone please clean it the best you can. If you are interested in having your banner cleaned by Mile High WorkShop please let us know. This is an additional cost.
Special Designs
Please inform us of specific images/logos or parts of your banners to be used or not used. Banners are normally stack cut which prevents specific layouts, so any special preferences will be charged at an additional cutting rate of $30/hour.
Extra Costs
Extensive cleaning, special cutting, and shipping are considered additional costs and not included in the per unit rate. MHW will inform you if there are additional costs before moving forward and you will be able to approve.
Extra Material and Donations
Extra material will not be kept by MHW. Let us know if you want us to ship the remaining materials back to you. If possible, please only send the material we will use for your banner bag order. Note we do not accept donated banner material.
We do not accept banner donations. We only take banners to repurpose into products.
Custom Tags Are Available
We require orders of 100 units or more for custom tag creation. There is a per tag fee (ranging from $.30- $1.50 each) and a design and processing that ranges between $50-$150.. These tags are sewn into the side seam of the bag. Please allow additional time to create and order these tags.
MHW Hang Tags
Hang tags are attached to each bag telling the Mile High WorkShop story.

We can provide samples. You can request samples by emailing banner@milehighworkshop.org
Quality Control Concerns
Please let us know if you have any specific requirements as far as quality control. We want to do the highest quality job we can for you, but don’t always know your expectations.
